Welcome to “Free to Kvetch”, my new webcomic. I hope that you will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy creating it.  Currently I plan to make updates three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Later on once I’ve settled into a routine with making the comic and balanced that with family and work obligations, I am hoping to take that up to five times a week, Monday through Friday. But for now in order to not have late or missed comics we’ll see each other three times a week.

You may notice that today’s update is on Thursday.  No, this isn’t a late Wednesday update or an early Friday update.  I chose an October 2nd launch date long ago. Way back in 1950, on this same date, a new comic strip appeared in seven newspapers; its name was “Peanuts”.  As Charles M. Schulz was one of my earliest influences to becoming a cartoonist (along with George Herriman) I chose today as my launch date as a bit of a tribute to the late Mr. Schulz.

Again, thanks for taking the time to stop by and check us out. I hope to see you again and again in the coming weeks.
